Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos

While pursuing a rogue alchemist with unusual abilities, brothers Edward and Alphonse Elric wander into the impoverished valley of the Milos. The Milosians, an oppressed people, are fighting to reclaim their sacred homeland from Creta-a militaristic nation that violently took over their country. At the center of this conflict is Julia Crichton, a determined girl who dreams of restoring the Milos as a peaceful, independent nation. After befriending Julia, the brothers become entangled with a growing resistance movement that possesses the very thing they’ve long searched for: the Philosopher’s Stone. But their past encounters with the stone leave them wary, and they hesitate to join the cause. As Edward and Alphonse uncover the dark truths behind Creta’s ambitions and troubling history, they’re pulled into the struggle between the rebellious Milos, fighting for their freedom, and the Cretan military, bent on total domination.
