Hajime Sekiguchi, a former life insurance salesman, takes a desperate turn and stumbles into the world of host clubs. At Club One, he’s thrown into a bizarre mix of characters: a "younger brother" type host with two decades in the business, a former idol who charms clients with romantic tactics, and an aggressive host fixated on mobile games. Though Hajime thinks, "No sane person would do this," he leans on his insurance sales experience to draw in customers and unexpectedly finds his place in the strange new world.
