It serves as the final season, bringing the "Versus" saga to its conclusion. The strange "V" mark on Katta Kirifuda’s forehead once held a hidden power, but it has since been sealed away. Though breaking the seal doesn’t seem to have a major effect, something unexpected happens-Hamukatsu, his hamster, suddenly starts talking! Even stranger, more hamsters like Hamukatsu begin appearing. Soon, Katta and his friends learn of a secret group called the "Rare Killers," whose members are posing as transfer students at their school.
