Digimon Tamers - S01

Ten-year-old Takato Matsuda spends his days playing the Digimon card game with friends, losing himself in its vibrant world. One day, he discovers a strange blue card in his deck and slides it through his card reader-unknowingly turning the device into a D-Ark Digivice. When it scans his drawings of an original Digimon named Guilmon, the Digivice produces a Digi-Egg, which soon hatches into the real Guilmon, Takato’s own creation come to life. At first, Takato is overjoyed to have a real Digimon, but reality sets in when Guilmon proves to be a handful, requiring constant care. Things get even harder when Ruki Makino, a skilled tamer with her partner Renamon, targets Guilmon, seeking to defeat and absorb other Digimon’s data for power. Fortunately, Takato isn’t alone-his classmate Li Jianliang and his sharp-witted Digimon Terriermon join him as allies in this unexpected adventure. As dangerous threats emerge, Takato must deepen his bond with Guilmon to defend both the human world and the Digital World from looming dangers.
