The Chosen Children and their Digimon partners now live peacefully in the human world, with Taichi Yagami, Yamato Ishida, and their friends working to protect this fragile peace. Though bound by their shared duty, each of them has begun moving toward their own futures beyond their roles as Chosen Children. But their plans are disrupted when Menoa Bellucci, an American Digimon researcher, arrives with troubling news: Chosen Children worldwide have fallen into comas, their Digimon partners missing. Menoa’s research points to a new kind of Digimon-Eosmon-lurking in the depths of the internet. To face this threat, the group must overcome their growing distance and reunite for what may be their final mission together.
