The Fierce Canine Army has the day off, but Norakuro has nowhere to go. He stops by a yakitori shop for a drink, then heads to the park to rest. Suddenly, soldiers from the Mountain Monkey Army appear-they’ve stolen secret documents-and Norakuro chases after them. When the monkeys try to escape in a hot air balloon, Norakuro makes a wild last-ditch move: he launches himself into the balloon using a firework tube. He recovers the documents, but things don’t go as planned.
