The Sakurada siblings live an ordinary life in a quiet Japanese town-or at least, that’s what their father, the king, intends for them. As royalty, each sibling has a special ability, and thousands of security cameras watch over them to ensure their safety. All nine siblings are candidates to inherit the throne, with the next ruler to be chosen through a public election. For Akane Sakurada, the third oldest daughter and a shy girl with the power to control gravity, the constant surveillance is unbearable. Every move the candidates make is broadcast on a royal family news channel, and Akane hates the scrutiny. If she becomes king, she vows to get rid of the cameras-but how can she prove she’s fit to rule when she struggles just to speak up for herself? As the election heats up, the race for the throne begins in "Joukamachi no Dandelion".
