Budva, on the Foam of the Sea - S02

On the rooftops of Shinjuku, Genichirou Izayoi battled Levih Rah, a man who traded his soul for demonic power, and was defeated. A decade later, Shinjuku lies in ruins, still tainted by demonic energy, while the rest of Tokyo remains mostly unaffected. One day, Kyouya, Genichirou's son, sees news of Japan's prime minister being attacked by demonic forces. Though unsure of his inherited Nempo abilities, Kyouya is the last line of defense against Levih Rah's threat. Teaming up with the prime minister's daughter, Sayaka Rama, he ventures into Shinjuku, hoping to succeed where his father failed.
