BEASTARS

In the world of "Beastar," the title is given to exceptional individuals who bridge the divide between carnivores and herbivores in a society of anthropomorphic animals. Cherryton Academy hasn’t had a Beastar in five years, but after an alpaca is murdered on school grounds, the rising tension between species makes finding a new leader more urgent than ever. Louis, the top candidate for the role, shocks everyone by turning it down and leaving the school. In response, the student council announces that whoever uncovers the murderer’s identity will be named Beastar. Amid this turmoil, Legoshi, a quiet but strong wolf, feels compelled to investigate-driven by his belief that the powerful should protect the vulnerable. His life grows even more complicated as he grapples with his conflicted emotions for Haru, a small white rabbit.
