Andy Hardy's Double Life

Some time after the conflict with the Burst Linker Dusk Taker, Kuroyukihime reflects on how she brought Haruyuki Arita into the "Brain Burst" program-a system that lets users speed up their minds so much that time appears to freeze. Since joining, Haruyuki has gained recognition among fellow Burst Linkers and has been aiding Kuroyukihime in her mission to reach the game's top level. During a territorial fight with their legion, Nega Nebulus, Haruyuki and his allies are suddenly forced out of the game by a chaotic storm. Across Tokyo, security cameras begin malfunctioning, and Kuroyukihime suspects this is tied to the Brain Burst disruption. To solve the problem, Nega Nebulus must rally the other legions, track down the cause, and restore the acceleration power.
