Konoha Koga seems like an ordinary high school girl who lives by herself, but she hides a dangerous secret-she moonlights as an assassin. One day, she crosses paths with Satoko Kusagukare, a runaway ninja being chased by her own clan after a careless mistake forced her to flee her village. After Konoha kills one of Satoko’s pursuers, the ninja reveals her strange talent: she can make dead bodies disappear without a trace. Recognizing how useful this could be, Konoha makes an offer-Satoko can stay with her if she helps clean up after her assassinations. Now living together, the two settle into an oddly peaceful routine, sharing their daily lives while occasionally teaming up when their skills align.
