Yuusuke Yamamoto has a severe fear of women, and for good reason-the twin girls next door once tried to cut off his penis when he was little. Now, his father, a gynecologist, wants him to get over his phobia so he can take over the family practice. To help with this, Yuusuke's father invites sisters Rika and Yuka Nakamura to stay at their home while they attend a nearby college. But there’s a problem: the guest room is too small for both of them. Yuusuke has to pick just one sister to stay, and neither is willing to back down. The bold Yuka and the shy Rika will go to any lengths to win his approval-even if it means getting uncomfortably close.
