YAIBA: Samurai Legend - S01

Deep in a tropical jungle, Yaiba Kurogane trains hard in swordsmanship under his father, Kenjuurou, far removed from modern society. But their peaceful life takes a turn when they accidentally end up in a shipping container bound for Japan. There, they cross paths with Kenjuurou's old rival, Raizou Mine, and his daughter, Sayaka. With nowhere else to go, Yaiba strikes a deal with the Mine family: if he can defeat the strongest student in their dojo, they'll let him stay. Using his unique skills and raw strength, Yaiba proves himself and settles in. Hungry for stronger opponents, he follows Sayaka to school-only to suffer a crushing defeat at the hands of Takeshi Onimaru, who becomes his new rival. When Onimaru inherits his family's legendary sword and gains dark, supernatural powers, Yaiba must push himself harder than ever to surpass him and settle their rivalry once and for all.
