Violet Evergarden

The Great War ended after four brutal years, leaving the divided continent of Telesis to slowly rebuild. Among those scarred by the fighting was Violet Evergarden, a girl raised only to destroy enemies on the battlefield. Wounded and hospitalized in the war’s final days, she was left with parting words from the person she cherished most-words she couldn’t comprehend. After recovering, Violet starts anew at CH Postal Services, having distanced herself from the family meant to take her in. By chance, she encounters the work of an "Auto Memory Doll," a scribe who helps people articulate their deepest emotions in writing. Inspired, Violet becomes an Auto Memory Doll herself. Her journey in this role leads her through the lives of her clients and, in time, toward understanding her own heart.
