Vampire in the Garden

Long ago, in the depths of winter, nearly immortal vampires emerged and began overrunning the world. Their numbers grew rapidly, swiftly dethroning humanity from the top of the food chain. Facing extinction, the last remnants of humanity retreated to their final refuge-a small city protected by towering walls. For years, they have fought a desperate war against the vampires. During a vicious vampire assault, a human soldier named Momo crosses paths with Fiine, the queen of their enemies. Witnessing Fiine risk herself to save Momo’s closest friend from a frenzied vampire, Momo follows her back to her home. There, the two bond over their shared love of music and a longing to leave the war behind. Driven by this hope, they set out on a journey to find a fabled paradise where humans and vampires live in peace-if such a place even exists. But both sides are hunting them, forcing Momo and Fiine to evade capture if they ever want to reach their dream alive.
