In a world where the taste and texture of food are everything, there are hunters called "Bishoku-ya" who specialize in finding rare ingredients and creatures. Toriko is one of them, and his dream is to gather the finest foods on earth to create the ultimate meal. As one of the top hunters, he’s often hired by restaurants and wealthy clients to track down exotic ingredients and elusive beasts. With superhuman strength and deep knowledge of animals, Toriko hunts down dangerous and rare creatures to achieve his goal: a perfect dinner course made from the world’s most delicious foods. Alongside him is a timid but determined chef who, moved by Toriko’s ambition, joins his journey to hone his cooking skills and discover extraordinary ingredients.
