Tokyo ESP - S01

Rinka Urushiba works part-time as a waitress to support her unemployed father, leading an otherwise ordinary life in Tokyo. But that changes when she spots a flying penguin-an impossibility that pulls her into a bizarre world. Following it to a rooftop, she discovers more oddities, like floating goldfish and a classmate, Kyoutarou Azuma, who can see them too. After a goldfish passes through her body, Rinka faints, only to wake up with esper powers-the ability to phase through solid objects. Yet her powers come with a twist: each time she uses them, her hair turns white. Hesitant but determined, she embraces her role as Tokyo’s mysterious protector, known as "White Girl." With Kyoutarou, who gained teleportation abilities, she sets out to fix the city’s problems, facing off against other espers with far darker motives.
