The Wonderful World of Puss 'n Boots

Pero, a sword-wielding cat in boots, is sentenced to death for sparing a mouse’s life but manages to escape execution. He sets off on a journey, eventually joining a group of bandit mice and befriending Pierre, a kind-hearted orphan who was swindled out of his inheritance. When Pero hears that Princess Rose is looking for a husband, he vows to ensure Pierre wins her hand. But there’s a problem-Rose has been forcibly promised to the cruel ogre Lucifer. Pero starts weaving elaborate lies to make Pierre seem like a dashing hero in Rose’s eyes, though his stories are far from reality. Pierre, timid and afraid, struggles to live up to Pero’s grand image. While he finds Princess Rose enchanting, winning her love means defying the Devil himself.
