The Concierge

Akino has just landed her dream job as a concierge at the luxurious Hokkyoku department store. The massive store offers a high-end shopping experience for all kinds of customers-humans of every shape and size, and even animals. In fact, Hokkyoku is the only store that caters to Very Important Animals (VIAs),extinct species that somehow end up shopping there. Akino’s role is to ensure every guest has a seamless and pleasant visit. But with customers asking for out-of-stock items or needing help with elaborate marriage proposals, her job won’t be easy. To win over her new boss, she’ll have to think outside the box and put in plenty of effort.
