Yuki Sakurai, an orphan with no sense of purpose, has always carried an unusual burden-he can see people's painful memories just by touching them. When anonymous notes begin urging him to end his life, he can't ignore the growing unease inside him. What he doesn't know is that unseen forces are watching him-some with malice, others with protection in mind. One misty evening, a silver-eyed stranger with jet black hair saves Yuki's life. Though they've never met, there's something hauntingly familiar about the man. His sudden appearance stirs forgotten memories and forces Yuki to confront the truth of his existence.
