Spice and Wolf

Merchant Kraft Lawrence and the wolf deity Holo share a meal with Norah Arendt, a shepherdess who once aided them in smuggling gold. Holo struggles to enjoy the food, her dislike for Norah simmering-both because of the girl’s profession and her familiarity with Lawrence. Later, exhaustion overtakes Holo, leaving her bedridden. Lawrence tends to her with quiet concern, worried for his companion’s well-being. As she recovers, Holo reflects on the journey they’ve shared, the memories of their travels warming her thoughts.
