SK8 the Infinity

High schooler Reki Kyan lives for skateboarding. At night, he sneaks into "S," an underground skate race held in an abandoned mine, where riders push themselves to dangerous limits. After a brutal loss leaves him with a broken arm and a wrecked board, he’s forced to take a break from skating altogether. One day at work, Reki meets Langa Hasegawa, a quiet half-Canadian, half-Japanese transfer student who’s never skated before but urgently needs cash. When Reki’s boss sends them to "S," they end up in trouble and have to make a risky bet-Langa must compete in a race, despite having no skills. But Reki doesn’t know Langa has a hidden advantage, something that could turn the race upside down in a way no one sees coming.
