Seven Cities Story: Arctic Front

In 2099, Earth tilts off its axis, rotating at a 90-degree angle compared to its position in the 20th century. Three years of catastrophic disasters follow, wiping out nearly all of Earth's ten billion inhabitants. The only survivors are the two million colonists living on the moon. Some of them return to Earth to rebuild, founding seven new cities, but the remaining lunar colonists grow wary of their former neighbors. Fearing potential threats, they create a ring of defensive satellites to confine the Earthbound settlers to their repopulated homeworld.
