Psycho-Pass - S03

Inspectors Arata Shindou and Mikhail Kei Ignatov have exposed a deadly conspiracy. The Sybil System, Japan's all-powerful judge of human worth, is under threat from a shadowy criminal network growing richer and more influential by the day. Now, Bifrost agent Kouichi Azusawa makes his move, storming the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) headquarters and taking Inspector Shindou and his colleagues hostage. CID Unit 01's supervisor, Chief Mika Shimotsuki, and former members Shinya Kougami and Nobuchika Ginoza must retake the building and rescue those trapped inside. As the hostage crisis unfolds and Azusawa demands Tokyo governor Karina Komiya step down, a darker scheme lurks in the background-one that will force Shindou to face not just Azusawa but his own past. The chaos draws him nearer to unraveling a long-hidden truth, one that has haunted both him and his closest ally, Ignatov, for years.
