In Yokohama's Minato Mirai district, everyone is buzzing about the Pretty Cures' recent victory over Fusion. Girls across town are dressing up and pretending to be their favorite Cures-except for the new transfer student, Sakagami Ayumi, who keeps to herself. One day after school, Ayumi meets a strange little creature. She names it Fu-Chan, and the two quickly become close. But Fu-Chan isn’t just a harmless companion-it’s actually a fragment of Fusion, carrying dark power. Trying to please Ayumi, Fu-Chan starts absorbing everything she dislikes, causing mayhem at school and across the city. To help Ayumi express her true feelings to Fu-Chan, all 28 Pretty Cures reunite. As their combined powers unite, a miraculous light begins to glow.
