Poupelle of Chimney Town

On Halloween night, a young chimney sweep named Lubicchi meets a strange man made of garbage and names him Poupelle. Their friendship helps Lubicchi fill the void left by his father's death, which came at the hands of the Inquisitors-a harsh group that controls the town by hiding its past and banning outside ideas. But their unusual bond draws unwanted attention, and as the Inquisitors tighten their grip and some townspeople turn against them, their friendship is put to the test. Still, Poupelle means something special to Lubicchi, and together they set out to uncover the truth and clear the thick smoke choking the town's skies.
