Pokémon the Movie 2000

An old prophecy warns of a time when the titans of ice, lightning, and fire will be disturbed. When this happens, Lugia, the sea’s guardian, will awaken to restore balance. Fascinated by the prophecy, a Pokémon collector named Gelardan hatches a dangerous plan-he sets sail in his airship, intending to capture Lugia by targeting the three titans. Once Gelardan acts, the world’s climate spirals into chaos. Violent storms erupt across the globe, and one such tempest forces the ship carrying Pokémon trainers Satoshi, Kasumi, and Kenji off course, stranding them on Shamouti Island. There, Satoshi learns of the prophecy-and his role as the chosen one who must aid Lugia in saving the world. Now, with the world’s fate resting on his shoulders, Satoshi must find the courage to confront the growing disaster and stop Gelardan before it’s too late.
