Plus-Sized Elf

Tomoatsu Naoe is a massage therapist living a quiet, normal life-until a strange client named Erufuda walks in. During her session, he learns her secret: she’s an elf who left her world and developed an obsession with junk food. Now, she’s too heavy to return home. Naoe offers to help Erufuda lose weight so she can go back. She works hard and succeeds, but soon enough, she shows up again, having gained all the weight back. As Naoe keeps advising her, they meet others from different worlds-all struggling with the same problem and hoping to slim down.
