Noel Edmonds' Kiwi Adventure - S01

In Kyoto, young apprentices called maiko train to master traditional dance and song, captivating audiences with their refined elegance. Mai Ichinose, Riko Kikuzuki, and Midori Aikawa dream of becoming maiko. Living together in a geisha house, they hone their skills while forming a deep bond of trust and encouragement. Yet their shared ambition might shatter their friendship. When an upcoming festival is announced, their excitement quickly turns to conflict-only two maiko from each house can perform. As competition grows, their closeness fades, each determined to prove herself the most deserving. Now they face an impossible choice: pursue the dream they’ve worked so hard for, or preserve the friendship they cherish.
