In 2041, World War III has devastated humanity, leaving only a third of the population alive. In this bleak new world, faith in gods or supernatural forces is dismissed as absurd. To suppress any dangerous ideas, the government has created the Special Weapon Enforcement division, tasked with hunting down believers and "rehabilitating" them. The Kirihara brothers, Naoya and Naoto, spent years hidden away by their captors to keep their psychic powers secret. They were told they’d be free once society could accept them.
