Momotaro is called upon to battle the sudden threat of the Wild Eagle. He sets off in his plane with his companions-a dog, a monkey, and a pheasant-toward a distant island 10,000 kilometers away. A local from the island agrees to arrange the two mid-flight refuels needed for the journey. The first will be provided on the shell of a giant tortoise, while the second is a fuel station set up on the back of a surfacing whale. As Momotaro nears the island, the Wild Eagle ambushes his plane, leading to a thrilling aerial battle. In the end, Momotaro manages to repel the enemy.
