After Myouri Unzen falls to Medaka Kurokami and her Student Council, Hakoniwa Academy enjoys a brief period of calm. But it doesn’t last long-soon, Medaka, Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, Kouki Akune, and Mogana Kikaijima are dragged into another dark conspiracy called the "Flask Plan," orchestrated by the school’s own principal. Their first challenge comes in the form of the "Thirteen Party," a group of superhuman students led by the arrogant yet formidable Oudo Miyakonojou. Between the Flask Plan’s secrets, Oudo’s oppressive rule, and the return of a familiar foe, Hakoniwa Academy is anything but peaceful. Medaka and her friends are in for an even wilder ride as the school’s strangeness grows.
