During her time in college, Sam Young poured countless hours into creating her adventure puzzle game, "Ruminate." Though she battled serious illness as a child, she never gave up on her dream of becoming a professional game developer. But when her favorite streamer, Marshall Law, plays her game, he completely misinterprets it and calls it the worst game he’s ever seen. His fans immediately flood "Ruminate" with bad reviews, crushing Sam’s hopes. Things only get more complicated when Marshall moves in next door, not realizing Sam is the developer he tore apart online.
