Legend of the Galactic Heroes

After 150 years of deadlock, the war between the Galactic Empire and the Free Planets Alliance takes a turn as two new leaders emerge: Reinhard von Lohengramm, a brilliant but ambitious Imperial commander, and Yang Wenli, a quiet historian serving the FPA. Reinhard, aided by his loyal friend Siegfried Kircheis, rises through the Empire’s ranks, battling both the enemy and the corrupt remnants of the Goldenbaum Dynasty. His goal is to free his sister from the Kaiser’s grasp and unite humanity under a true ruler. Meanwhile, Yang-a staunch defender of democracy-struggles to uphold his ideals as the FPA weakens, guiding his young pupil Julian Mintz and proving that autocracy is no answer to their problems. Amid the chaos and mounting casualties, both commanders must confront the deeper question: what are they truly fighting for?
