Lazarus - S01

In 2048, Dr. Deniz Skinner, a brilliant scientist considered second only to Einstein, created Hapna-a groundbreaking painkiller that was cheap and seemingly free of side effects. The drug became wildly popular, even as Skinner mysteriously disappeared a year after its release. People embraced the bliss Hapna offered, but their euphoria was short-lived. By 2052, Skinner resurfaced with a horrifying revelation: Hapna was designed to turn deadly, killing everyone who took it. He claims to have a cure but will only deliver it if he’s found within 30 days. Axel Gilberto, a rebellious young man serving an 888-year sentence in a maximum-security prison, is forcibly recruited by a strange group called Lazarus. Made up of oddball outcasts, their sole mission is to track down Skinner. With no way out and their survival at stake, Lazarus races against time to find the scientist before humanity’s clock runs out.
