Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV

The Niflheim Empire and the kingdom of Lucis have been locked in war for years. Niflheim has conquered much of Eos and now seeks the last known Crystal, held within Lucis' capital, Insomnia. To shield his people from the empire's relentless advance, King Regis Lucis Caelum CXIII used the Crystal's power to encircle Insomnia with a magical wall. He also formed the Kingsglaive, an elite military unit that draws strength from the king himself, tasked with defending Lucis from invaders and other threats. Nyx, a Kingsglaive soldier known as "The Hero" among his comrades for his brash confidence and determination to protect everyone, lets his pride override his judgment. After disobeying orders and facing demotion, he's relegated to guarding the city gates. But rumors of an impending peace treaty between Lucis and Niflheim begin to shift the tide-and Nyx's fate along with it.
