Kanamemo

After her grandmother’s death leaves her without a home, middle schooler Kana Nakamachi struggles to find a place to stay-until she discovers the Fuhshin Gazette, a local newspaper delivery service that offers her lodging in exchange for work. The shop is run by a quirky group: Yume Kitaoka, who has a sweet tooth, and her girlfriend Yuuki Minami; the thrifty Hinata Azuma; the often-drunk Haruka Nishida; and Saki Amano, who’s young but surprisingly mature. Life at the Fuhshin Gazette isn’t easy, though. Kana faces grueling hours, aggressive dogs protecting mailboxes, and confusing delivery routes. And when she crosses paths with Mika Kujiin, a rival from a competing shop, her already busy life gets even more complicated.
