In the year 2010, devastating Hyper Hurricanes erupted simultaneously across the globe, causing catastrophic destruction. Five billion people perished, reducing the world’s population to just three billion. Entire economies and military forces collapsed. Nations froze under sheets of ice, plains vanished beneath rising seas, and the world was transformed beyond recognition. Human civilization descended into chaos. Outside the few remaining economic zones, poverty ran rampant, and slums sprawled unchecked. The ruling elite, calling themselves the Logos, clung to power through brute force. They labeled the impoverished as Revenus, banishing them to live beyond the borders of the privileged zones. Years later, Katsuragi Jo and Tsurasawa Jin flee from Phantom, an organization tasked with monitoring the Revenus and crushing dissent among the Logos. With them is a mysterious girl named Nobuto Sana. Many factions seek her, each with their own motives.
