Hinamatsuri

Yoshifumi Nitta, a yakuza member, is celebrating the acquisition of a prized vase for his collection when a strange, oversized capsule suddenly appears and crashes onto his head. Inside, he finds a mysterious blue-haired girl named Hina, who offers no explanation for her existence-only that she wields tremendous power. Worse yet, if she doesn’t use her abilities, they build up uncontrollably, leading to dangerous explosions. With no alternative, Nitta reluctantly takes her in as her caretaker. To give Hina an outlet for her powers, Nitta enlists her help in a construction deal, which goes off without a hitch. But while they’re busy, a rival yakuza group ambushes Nitta’s boss-and to his shock, his own comrades later accuse him of orchestrating the attack. Forced to retaliate, Nitta prepares to strike the rival gang’s hideout alone. Unexpectedly, Hina intervenes, effortlessly wiping out the entire group. It seems she could be a powerful ally for Nitta’s yakuza dealings-if she doesn’t accidentally turn her destructive power on him first. And so begins the bizarre, chaotic partnership of this unlikely pair.
