Hey, Class President!

Yuuzou Kokusai, the student council president, seems like an average high schooler-except for the odd way he unintentionally draws unwanted attention from men who can't resist touching him. When he needs to appoint a new vice president, he chooses his dependable friend, Yasuhiro Chiga. After seeing Kokusai get harassed on a train, Chiga decides to step in as his protector. But as they spend more time together, Chiga starts to realize he isn't immune to Kokusai's allure either.
