Gekidol

Five years ago, a strange event known as the Global Synchronic Urban Disappearance made a large part of Ikebukuro vanish without warning. In the aftermath, the survivors struggled with chaos, and odd electromagnetic disturbances called "Auroras" started appearing. High schooler Seria Morino is captivated by idol Izumi Hinazaki's performance in a play at the "Super Material Theater," a stage using holograms to help revive Ikebukuro. Inspired, she dreams of becoming an idol herself. Soon after, she meets Kaoru Sakakibara, a woman who scouts her-and who turns out to be the director of Alice in Theater, the troupe Izumi once belonged to. Determined to chase her dream, Seria joins Alice in Theater. When she arrives, she's greeted warmly by a group of lively, enthusiastic young actresses. But something doesn't feel quite right.
