Ex-Arm - S01

In 2014, Akira Natsume is struck by a truck and falls into a coma. Sixteen years later, he wakes up inside a machine, where he meets police officer Minami Uezono and her android partner, Alma. They explain that his brain is now housed in an EX-ARM-a powerful weapon. Trapped on an enemy smuggler ship, the three must rely on their wits and fighting abilities to escape. At first, Akira hesitates to engage in combat, but a memory of his brother’s words before the accident pushes him to act. He takes control of Alma’s body, using martial arts to fight their enemies. When Alma connects him to the ship’s systems, Akira unlocks the full potential of his EX-ARM, effortlessly hacking and commandeering the vessel. After returning to safety, Akira joins the EX-ARM Countermeasure Prevention Team, a police unit dedicated to stopping EX-ARM-related threats. Seeing the destruction these weapons cause, he vows to fight alongside them and put an end to the terror they bring.
