Dororo

A samurai lord named Daigo Kagemitsu, desperate to save his dying lands, abandons his faith and strikes a deal with twelve demons. In exchange for power and prosperity, they demand a terrible price. When his first son is born, the child is missing limbs, eyes, ears, a nose, and even skin-yet somehow clings to life. Cast into a river, the boy is rescued by a wandering healer who outfits him with prosthetic limbs and weapons, enabling him to survive. Though blind, deaf, and numb, he embarks on a quest to kill the demons that claimed him as their sacrifice. Each one he slays returns a piece of his stolen body. For years he travels alone, until he crosses paths with Dororo, an orphan boy. Together, these two outcasts struggle to survive in a harsh world overrun by demons, fighting not just for their lives but for their very humanity.
