In the near future, humanity discovers a fourth dimension called Dimension W, which holds an apparently limitless energy source. To tap into this power, people develop advanced devices called "coils" that connect to and draw energy from Dimension W. By 2071, the New Tesla Energy corporation has gained a stranglehold on the energy market with these coils, leading to a rise in illegal, unregulated coils flooding the black market. Kyouma Mabuchi, a former soldier, distrusts coil technology so much that he still drives a gas-powered car. Working as a "Collector," he hunts down illegal coils for cash. But his routine job takes a strange turn when he crosses paths with Mira Yurizaki, an android linked to the creator of the coils. As bizarre events unfold, the two form an uneasy partnership to unravel the secrets of Dimension W.
