Detective Conan: Quarter of Silence

On the day the new Tokyo subway line, the Touto Line, opens, a bombing disrupts the celebrations. The Tokyo governor is caught in the explosion while riding the train, but Conan Edogawa's quick actions save him and the other passengers. Curious about the attack, Conan digs into the governor's past and learns he was involved in demolishing a Niigata village to build the Kitanosawa Dam. Convinced the bombing is linked to the dam, Conan travels to the village with Ran Mouri, Kogorou Mouri, Professor Agasa, Sonoko Suzuki, and the Detective Boys to investigate. They meet former villagers who lost their homes to the dam. But as one mystery unfolds, another begins-one of the locals is murdered. Sensing a deeper conspiracy, Conan races to uncover the truth behind both incidents before it's too late.
