Dash Kappei

Kappei is an extremely short guy who happens to be a genius at every sport. He stays as a guest in Akane’s home and is smitten with her, but he faces an unusual rival-her dog, Salomone, who sets up sneaky traps to make life difficult for him. The dog also has another role: he explains the rules whenever a new sport is introduced. Kappei has a peculiar obsession with white women’s underwear and constantly tries to peek under girls’ skirts.
