Cowboy Bebop

Crime never changes. In 2071, humanity has spread across the galaxy, building new settlements on distant planets-but these frontier worlds are just as lawless as Earth, teeming with murder, drugs, and thieves. To keep the chaos in check, bounty hunters roam space, tracking down fugitives for a price. Spike Spiegel and Jet Black are two such hunters, scraping by as they chase criminals in their ship, the Bebop. Spike hides his dark, violent history behind a laid-back attitude, while Jet wrestles with his own demons while keeping the crew together. They’re joined by Faye Valentine, a sharp-witted con artist; the eccentric young hacker Edward; and Ein, a genetically enhanced corgi. As the crew forms uneasy bonds and takes on dangerous jobs, a ghost from Spike’s past resurfaces, forcing him to confront old wounds. When a ruthless enemy’s scheme threatens them all, Spike must decide: cling to revenge, or protect the makeshift family he’s found aboard the Bebop.
