City Hunter: Bay City Wars

After the US military removes a brutal dictator from power in Central America, a thirst for revenge takes hold. When the Bay City Hotel installs its advanced new supercomputer, the fallen ruler and his devoted daughter see an opportunity. Using her hacking expertise, they repurpose the system-turning a machine meant for room service into a weapon capable of launching a nuclear strike on Washington. But their plan hits a snag: City Hunter stands in their way. Now, the race is on to see who acts first-the daughter with her finger on the button, or the hunter with his finger on the trigger.
