Chronos Ruler - S01

Koyuki Honda, like most of her classmates, eagerly awaits her graduation ceremony. But while her peers will have family there to celebrate, Koyuki has no one-her only relative, her brother, passed away long ago. While visiting his grave, she encounters two brothers, Kiri and Victor Putin, chasing a strange creature. They claim they're actors filming a movie, but Victor stirs Koyuki’s interest with an old legend about the cemetery’s clock tower: if you make a wish under it at midnight during a full moon, time will reverse, letting you reclaim what you’ve lost. Determined to try, Koyuki soon discovers the awful reality-the legend is a trap. Creatures called "Horologues" use it to steal people’s time, preying on their regrets. Victor even uses Koyuki as bait to lure one of these time demons. Kiri and Victor reveal they are Chronos Rulers, warriors who battle Horologues using the "Oath of Time," a power that lets them manipulate time’s flow. After the demon is defeated, Koyuki walks away without her burdens of regret. But she’s not the only one who’s suffered. The brothers must keep hunting Horologues to protect others from the same fate.
