Chrono Crusade - S01

The 1920s were a time of chaos and transformation, as terrifying demons began appearing throughout America. To fight this threat, the holy group called the Order of Magdalene was formed. At its New York branch, the reckless young Sister Rosette Christopher and her partner Chrno work as demon hunters. Though skilled at their job, their missions often leave a trail of destruction in their wake. But Rosette and Chrno are both haunted by their pasts. Rosette hunts demons in hopes of finding her missing brother Joshua, who was taken by the demon Aion-a figure tied to Chrno’s own violent history. As the demonic threat grows worse, the two must battle the rising tide of evil while uncovering the truth behind Joshua’s disappearance.
